Our cottages are also available for short breaks
at £60 per night based on 4 sharing.

Please note the cottages are not available for short breaks
during the Summer holidays.

Terms and Conditions

It is advisable to verify availability by telephone or using our on-line enquiry form prior to booking.

A deposit of one-third of the total amount is payable on booking. Please pay the balance on your arrival.

Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of your booking form and deposit.

In the event of a cancellation six weeks or more before the date of your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If less than six weeks notice is provided, no refund will be given. However, if we are able to re-let the cottage for the dates concerned, we will refund your full deposit minus a £5.00 administration fee.

Cottages are available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and until 10am on the day of your departure.

Cottages are let and furnished for the number of people specified in the brochure.

Guests are responsible for the cottages and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.
