BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit
A third of the total amount is payable within 14 days on confirmation of your booking.

Balance
Please pay the balance on your arrival.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel six weeks or more before the date of your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If less than six weeks’ notice is provided, no refund will be given. However, if we are able to re-let the cottage for the dates concerned we will refund your full deposit minus a £5.00 administration fee.

Cottages are available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and until 10am on the day of your departure.

Cottages are let and furnished for the number of people specified in the brochure.

Guests are responsible for the cottages and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.
