Terms and Conditions

A third of the total amount is payable within 14 days on confirmation of your booking.

Please pay the balance on your arrival.

If you need to cancel six weeks or more before the date of your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If less than six weeks’ notice is provided, no refund will be given. However, if we are able to re-let the cottage for the dates concerned we will refund your full deposit minus a £5.00 administration fee.

Cottages are available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and until 10am on the day of your departure.

Cottages are let and furnished for the number of people specified in the brochure.

Guests are responsible for the cottages and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.

Luxury Holiday Cottage situated on a working farm near Aberaeron and New Quay.

Both cottages have a kitchen, dining and living area (open plan). They are fully equipped and tastefully furnished and have woodburner-style electric fires as well as central heating to create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. Each lounge area has a colour TV and DVD player, comfortable leather sofas and foot stools for you to put your feet up and relax in front of the fire. A special selection of home-made Welsh delicacies will be in your cottage on your arrival and is our way of extending our guests a warm welcome to Cwmcoedog. All rooms are on the ground floor and are therefore ideal for visitors with reduced mobility. Baby facilities are available on request.


The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob/grill, fridge with a small freezer, kettle, toaster and all the utensils and crockery you might need during your stay.


Both cottages have one double and one twin bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.


The bathroom in each cottage consists of a shower, WC and washbasin (1 toilet roll provided). The bathroom in this cottage has been fitted with accessories to make life easier for disabled visitors.

The garden area

The patios will allow you to enjoy barbecues and beautiful views of a wooded valley. Both cottages have a barbecue and seats on their own patio. Enjoy your breakfast here or a quiet evening drink gazing at the stars.
There is ample parking for each cottage.
